  Abstract:  L’Union du Christ avec les chrétiens, représentée par le symbolisme du corps mystique. Au-delà des divers symboles concernant l’Église, on peut développer une théologie du corps mystique dont les fondements ont été mis par saint Paul; l’idée de la vie qui anime la tête et les membres renvoie au mystère de la résurrection, le coeur de toute la foi. L’article vise d’approfondir la symbolique du corps mystique, en traitant des images telles: le pain de la vie, la vigne, le temple de l’Esprit, le symbole du couple, en abordant ensuite l’origine de la doctrine paulienne.
